Apparently the giant butterfly he got inked on his stomach back in January was losing its new tattoo luster, because One Direction hunk Harry Styles revealed yet another possible new tattoo via Twitter this past weekend, and no, it’s not another insect. The pop star’s alleged new tattoo is actually inked in honor of one of the band’s recent tracks – “Little Things” from their Take Me Home album released in 2012 – and he’s not the only band member who was inspired enough by the song to get a tribute tattoo. It’s the “Little Things” That Count
Harry Styles spurred some rumors this past weekend when he posted a pic of a tattoo on Twitter that says “little things” in black script. The boy loves getting new tattoos, as do most of his other One Direction pals, so it didn’t take long for fans to recognize the photo as a new Harry Styles tattoo. The “little things” tattoo location remains a bit of a mystery however, since you can’t tell by the picture where the text is inked. There can’t be much space left on his body though; the 19-year-old seems to be following in the footsteps of Justin Bieber and already has more than a dozen tattoos, including birds inked on his chest, a large ship and a black heart on his arm, the huge butterfly inked on his stomach, and many many more tattoos scattered across his upper body.
One Direction Loves Getting Inked!
The new tattoo spurred rumors that Harry Styles may have found a new leading lady, but the 19-year-old wasn’t the first 1D guy to get some tattoo inspiration from the pop ballad, “Little Things.” Louis Tomlinson also has a tattoo tribute to Little Things inked on his body, although his tat features a small steaming cup of tea without any text. The One Direction band member posted a pic of his tattoo back in February along with the caption, “you can’t go to bed…,” but you’d have to be a true 1D fan to recognize the Little Things lyrics, which go like this: “You can’t go to bed without a cup of tea / Maybe that’s the reason that you talk in your sleep.” These One Direction boys definitely love to get inked, so you know there will be more 1D tattoos in the future.
