He may be facing a $4.5 million lawsuit for allegedly assaulting rapper 40 Glocc (Lawrence White) outside of a party back in July 2012, but that didn’t stop The Game from adding a sick new tattoo to his collection this week – and making a joke out of the assault charges – all at once. The Game’s latest tattoo (of which he has MANY) features an image of Mike Tyson’s notorious mug, inked in black and white on the outside of his right hand – gold tooth and all. The bad-a$$ ink was reportedly designed and tatted by Nikko Hurtado of the Black Anchor Collective tattoo shop in Hesperia, California, an up-and-coming tattoo artist who is also responsible for some of Drake’s tattoos.
Proving that he doesn’t really give a sh*t about the assault charges brought against him by 40 Glocc (who has also been accused of assaulting The Game’s manager, by the way….because, tit for tat), The Game showed off his new Mike Tyson tattoo in an Instagram post on March 22, captioning the pic: “Now when the judge ask me in court if I whopped 40 glock ass I can truthfully say no & blame it on @MikeTyson…My right hand man lol…S/O to @NikkoHurtado for another dope ass tattoo!!!! #MikeTysonPunchOut #MUSINK.” Because, apparently without his new Mike Tyson tattoo, The Game wouldn’t be able to truthfully say that he didn’t “whoop 40 Glocc’s ass.”
It’s no surprise The Game chose the back of his hand/fist for the location for his new Mike Tyson tattoo, since, in addition to the convenient “punch out” factor, it’s one of the few empty spots the rapper had left on his body. The Game is virtually covered in tattoos, and his Mike Tyson hand ink is in good company, joining tats the rapper has of everyone from Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes and Nelson Mandela to Barack Obama, Trayvon Martin and Aaliyah. The inked-up rapper also has a tattoo of Compton, which is where he grew up, inked across his stomach, and album cover tattoos of Dr. Dre’s The Chronic, and his own debut album The Documentary.
