It’s been nearly three years since Eva Longoria and former husband Tony Parker finalized their divorce, and the actress is finally in the process of removing the last reminder of the couple’s tumultuous relationship. Eva was recently spotted leaving a tattoo removal clinic in California, and the 39-year-old was wearing a tell-tale white bandage on her left wrist, where she used to have a small star tattoo inked. Eva has never actually confirmed whether or not her star wrist tattoo was dedicated to Tony Parker, whom she married back in 2007, but the news of Eva’s tattoo removal comes the same week the basketball star and his current fiancée welcomed their first child, Josh, into the world.
Eva Longoria notoriously got inked with a few tattoos inspired by Tony Parker during the couple’s short marriage, including his basketball jersey number “nine” on the back of her neck, Tony’s initials in a private location, their wedding date (July 7, 2007) in Roman numerals on her right wrist, and potentially her other wrist tattoo as well, which features a small black outline of a star. The “Desperate Housewives” actress made headlines back in 2012, when she underwent laser tattoo removal at the same California clinic to get rid of the “nine” tattoo on her neck, following a previous session in 2011 that effectively removed the wedding date ink from her wrist.
Following only three years of marriage, Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker in November 2010, amid rumors that he was cheating on her with another woman. According to reports, Tony was caught exchanging hundreds of text messages with the wife of one of the basketball player’s former teammates. The news came as a surprise to most of the world, but not to Eva, who apparently suspected her then-husband of a previous infidelity. 
Whether Eva decided on this latest tattoo removal session herself or her current beau Eduardo Cruz insisted on it, it looks like the actress is finally ready to move on with her life. We’re just hoping she thinks twice before getting any more relationship-inspired tattoos!
